Yes, choose the class and specification (class/spec) you want, download the Wizard, and run it. The Wizard will give you two dropdown menus. From the first menu you select the class/spec you purchased. The second menu asks for the Account, the Realm, and the Character on which you want to apply the Forge Advantage.
